I am the mother of two sons and the grandmother of one grandson and two granddaughters. I am a big fan of music, cooking and water sports. I love to go fishing and I love learning new things. I enjoy writing in my role as a "hubber", and I hope you will check out some of my hubs. I have now been on this site for over a year and I am still "closing in" on my first 100 hubs.  I have read countless articles and I have to say, there are some very talented people on here. I enjoy reading the many interesting articles and I see that most people have something important to contribute, whether it be knowledge, humor, or just their own personal point of view.

I used to write for E-how and, in fact, E-how was my first foray into writing online. I am grateful for the encouragement that I received from the more experienced writers.

Update: E-how has sold out to Demand Studio and I guess I will be writing for them, although I do not have the same creative license that I enjoyed previously.
